We Supply the Equipment
Table clothes, silverware, cups, and plates — it’s all on us.
On-Location Catering or Delivery
We’ll adapt our services to your event. We can deliver our food, cook in the background, provide table service, or even make the food service a part of the entertainment with our new Japanese hibachi menu.
Restaurant Quality Food Prep
Even though we don’t have a restaurant, all our food is professionally prepared in state-of-the-art kitchens in New York and Florida. We never sacrifice quality for convenience.
Movie and TV set Catering
Now catering for TV and movie sets for entire production teams and actors on location!
Our Staff
Every member of our catering staff is ServSafe certified. That includes our cooks, on-location servers, bartenders, and delivery drivers. In other words, your food is only ever handled by trained professionals.
On top of that, Under the Stars Catering and Events
employs two executive chefs to craft our menus. When we say this is on-location fine dining, we mean it!
